Troy Comi is a Senior Research Software Engineer in the Brangwynne Lab. He has been an RSE at Princeton since 2018 and has worked to accelerate, improve and refactor legacy codebases; developed useful tools for HPC systems; and designed and taught workshops through Princeton Research Computing. He has led the development of repository reviews for Princeton University. Troy received a PhD in analytic chemistry from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he focused on combining fluorescence and mass spectral analyses to enable single cell MS experiments.
